Glamis 2 cross slab (west face)

Glamis 2 cross slab (west face)

This Class I symbol stone is obviously a cross slab (which would make it Class II were it not a re-use of an pre-existing stone). The panels around the cross contain a centaur, a dog-like beast, a pair of men fighting with axes, a doe’s head, a cauldron (from which a pair of legs protrude) supported on a bar by two ring-handles, and a triple disc symbol.
